Ultrasonic Descaling Mechanism Research

This project proposes to carry out a series of studies on the mechanism of ultrasonic descaling for the inorganic precipitation fouling problem in pipelines and equipment. By exploring the basic principles of ultrasonic fouling removal and scale inhibition for different types of fouling, the optimal parameters will be analyzed. Based on the research results of this project, the model can eventually predict the performance of ultrasonic scale and scale inhibition according to the specific working conditions of the given equipment or pipeline, and determine the transducer arrangement and ultrasonic parameters required to achieve ultrasonic descaling.
